Nkaikela Youth Group recognises relations with social development organisations, the private sector, and civil society in general and government are critical to the achievement of its mission and objectives. The organisation has since its establishments played a vital role in promoting the socio-economic development of disadvantaged social groups through skills development and social services provision. It has developed mutually beneficial partnerships with tertiary institutions, hotels and government departments.
United Nations Development Programme has been partner since inception of the programme assisting in resource mobilization and technical assistance.
Nkaikela Youth Group is a member of Botswana Network of AIDS Organisations (BONASO).
Nkaikela is in partnership with Botswana Family Welfare Association in provision of clinical services.
